Freshmen are inevitably thinking the same thing; "When will it all stop?"
Brookhaven College offers two-year degree plans and gets students in as freshmen and out as graduates with associate degrees.
Although many students come to Brookhaven as transfer students, surviving freshman year is still just as important a topic to master.
Here are some helpful hints all freshmen should know:
Coping with Stress:
• Take a yoga class offered from 4-5 p.m. every Monday in T242
• Take a break from classes and grab lunch
• Join Bible study noon on Thursdays in the cafeteria
• Bring a good book or magazine and sit out at the fountain and enjoy your break
• Make time for yourself
